Booking & Cancellation Policy

An Individual Treatment plan will be developed for each patient with an accurate QUOTE. Treatment Plans are available. AFTERPAY & ZIPAY are available for all in clinic Treatments/Services.

Choosing a Treatment

If you are unsure of which treatment to book for, please choose "NEW PATIENT - Consultation and Treatment” and we can decide on the day together which treatment would be best to start with for your desired outcome.

Booking Requirements:

Please note - you will be required to provide your credit/Bank card details at the time of booking to secure your appointment. A small deposit may be required to secure some bookings. This Deposit will be taken off the cost of your chosen Treatment or Service. If you decide not to go ahead with the treatment, the deposit will be kept as a consultation fee.

Cancellation Policy/No Show Policy:

If you do not attend your appointment or cancel within 48hrs of the appointment, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. If you reschedule your appointment within 48hrs of your appointment your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment time and will come off the cost of your future service.

No Shows will be charged the full fee of the treatment/service that was booked. No Exceptions. Our time is very valuable, and we have a large patient waitlist. Please be courteous to our staff and patients by rescheduling/cancelling 48hrs prior to your chosen appointment time to allow another person to attend the chosen appointment time.

There is usually a wait for treatment bookings at Rejuvenate – Cosmetic, Health & Wellness Clinic (totally worth the wait!). If you desperately need an appointment earlier, please contact the clinic on 0406965605 or message our FB or Insta page and we will pop you onto our waitlist.
