Rejuvenate Clinic Membership Terms and Conditions

General & Promotional T&C's for Hydrafacial membership:

• Minimum 12mth contract with the option to continue once the initial 12mth has been completed and all outstanding money to the total value of the services provided has been paid in full to Rejuvenate Clinic.
• Rejuvenate Clinic General Terms and Conditions APPLY as well as our clinic privacy policy as part of this membership. To view these T&C's please visit our website www.rejuvenateclinic.au 
• If you wish to cancel the membership after the 12mth period, you must contact Rejuvenate Clinic on 0406965605 or email info@rejuvenateclinic.au to inform our staff or the membership will continue to roll over indefinitely until advised in writing. 
• A comprehensive skin consultation must be conducted by our Registered Nurse or Skin therapist prior to commencement of any membership treatments to ensure suitability of treatment and to ensure there are no medical contraindications to treatment.
• Additional costs may apply after each treatment. These costs will apply to skincare products that are purchased to optimise results post or pre-treatment. Our Recommended Skincare range is medical grade and only recommended where necessary. (treatments can be closer together and more frequent if desired or recommended by our skin professionals).
