Our new clinic location offers private parking at the rear for discreet customer access and privacy. We pride ourselves in patient confidentiality and will always respect the wishes of our patients with regards to this, and expect all of our staff to share the same vales and display integrity at all times whilst working for Rejuvenate.

FAQ

  • Is the full service price displayed on your website?

    Prices are a guide only - An Individual Treatment plan will be developed for each patient with an accurate quote. I definitely package treatments and there is the option to complete treatments over a period of time to make them more cost effective.


    I am a small owner/operator medical clinic and unfortunately I cannot purchase the prescription medication (tox/fillers etc) at the same prices as some chain clinics. However my attention to detail, aesthetic eye, knowledge and care is invaluable. I truely care about your results and it shows in all of my work xx (see our social media pages for before and after pics of REAL patients results).

  • Do you accept Afterpay and Zip Pay?

    Yes! Afterpay and Zip Pay are accepted for all treatments and services.

  • What can I do to make an urgent booking?

    There is usually a wait for treatment bookings (totally worth the wait!). If you desperately need an appointment earlier, please contact me on 0406965605 or message our FB or Insta page and we will pop you onto our waitlist.

  • I'm not sure which treatment to choose

    If you are unsure of which treatment to book for, please choose "NEW PATIENT - Consultation and Treatment" and we can decide on the day together which treatment would be best to start with for your desired outcome.

  • Do I have to pay a deposit or enter bank details to book?

    Yes, you will be required to provide your credit/Bank card details at the time of booking to secure your appointment. A small deposit may be required to secure some bookings.

  • What is your cancellation/no show policy?

    Please note: If you do not cancel/re-schedule before 48hrs notice the full fee of the chosen service will be charged. No Exceptions. Our time is very valuable and not showing to your appointment without sufficient notice is not acceptable.

  • What are the booking requirments?
